About Us:

Brady Chandler
Owner / Operator of Pinnacle Cattle Development Center, LLC
Brady Chandler is a third generation cattleman, born and raised in Stephenville, TX. Brady has extensive knowledge in all sectors of the cattle industry. Brady learned early on the importance of dedication and hard work that are required to be successful in this business. He has a true passion for cattle and horses. He has extensive experience in “cow herd builder” genetics. Brady learned to AI from Harold Miller of 7Triangle7 in Akron, CO. Harold has bred over 250,000 females over a 30+ year career. Harold has said numerous times that of the thousands of individuals he has taught to breed, Brady is in his top 5. Brady started out in the cattle brokering business where he bought high quality Angus females for ranchers looking for replacements or herd expansion. He later worked for the Farmer Stockman as a Sales Representative and Animal Profiling International as a Regional Manager for BVD testing. During these years as well he personally bought high quality females and bred them and sold them as replacements. In April 2008 Brady accepted the Ranch Manager position for the Box W Ranch in Lipan, TX. Box W Ranch started out as a crossbred herd of approximately 250 head. These calves fed 50% choice and Brady saw the immediate need for herd expansion and improving genetics. The first year Brady bought approximately 300 head of commercial Angus heifers to increase numbers to 500+ head. And through implementing AI he was able to better the genetics tremendously every year along with shortening calving seasons. Box W retained ownership of all their steers every year. They were feeding in Kansas prior to Brady managing the operation but he decided to change feeders in 2009 to Cattleman’s Choice Feedyard in Gage, OK. That year those cattle fed mostly choice with 60% CAB certified. Box W cattle not only weaned a big calf and fed tremendously but looked the part and were all easy to handle. In 2011 Box W decided to take their cattle all the way to the plate, therefore a branded beef program Diamond Reserve Steak Company was started. At that time, Brady was involved from conception to consumption. A family decision was made in 2013 to disperse Box W. Brady then began research in the heifer development sector. At the ranch it seemed like you never had enough room to keep as many replacements as you wanted either due to drought conditions or available pasture. But if you had somewhere to send those heifers off site then that would free up grass for your main cow herd. The vision he worked on tirelessly came to fruition October 1, 2014 when the first dirt was moved. Pinnacle Cattle Development Center, LLC opened doors January 2015 with the first cattle stepping foot in the new state of the art facility January 15, 2015. In the first year Brady bred approximately 1,000 head of heifers and weaned 1,400 head of steers. Brady does it all with his wife Micah and their two kids by his side. It truly is a family owned and operated business.

Micah Chandler
Owner / Operator of Pinnacle Cattle Development Center, LLC
Micah Chandler is a fourth generation cattle woman. She was raised on a commercial cow/calf and yearling operation in Breckenridge, TX. She like Brady has a sincere love and understanding for this great industry and the people within it. She was born and raised around cattle and horses. She won her first trophy at the age of three on her first horse “Penny.” To her, life is better in the saddle. “There’s nothing better than riding a good horse and working cattle,” she says. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, emphasis in Marketing from Tarleton State University in December 2005. She previously worked in Ag banking prior to starting Pinnacle Cattle Development Center. She manages the office along with assisting Brady with all pre-breeding, breeding and post-breeding. She is also a stay-at-home mom of two beautiful little blessings, Channing, 5, and Chauncey, 2. Channing and Chauncey are right there with their parents daily and are one of the big reasons for starting Pinnacle Cattle Development Center so they can grow up around the industry their parents love and hopefully continue that passion when it's passed down to them. Brady and Micah are members of Highland Missionary Baptist Church.
